Ezenwanyi “Zya” Abii, Esq. is a Nigerian-American licensed attorney, business consultant, and entrepreneur. She is the founder and principal attorney of Abii & Associates, PLLC (also known as Abii Legal), a boutique law firm headquartered in Pearland, Texas, that offers bi-continental legal and business advisory services spanning both America and Lagos, Nigeria.
After spending over a decade navigating the corporate sector, she stepped into private legal practice. Combining her background in law and business, she focuses extensively on building structures for protection, asset ownership, and long-term legacy.

Oscar Josiah is a Nigerian technology entrepreneur, CEO, and Lead Developer of Geeksvillage, an established Information Technology and digital agency based in Lagos, Nigeria. He is also widely referred to online by his professional moniker, the “King of Web”. Oscar Josiah founded Geeksvillage on November 19, 2013.
Over more than a decade at the helm, he has transitioned the company from a boutique branding outfit into a key player in Nigeria’s IT ecosystem. He launched the agency after noticing that local small and medium-sized businesses struggled with overpriced services, poor execution, and an inability to translate basic code into actual digital business results.

How do I start hiring?
Create a client workspace and tell us about the role, required skills, schedule, and budget. Your request is saved in your portal, where you can follow its progress and review candidates once a recruiter has introduced them.
What kinds of roles can I hire for?
Rukota Global supports legal assistants, paralegals, bookkeepers, real estate assistants, executive assistants, administrative assistants, and virtual assistants. You can also submit a brief for another support role.
Can I browse every professional on the platform?
Your workspace shows candidates introduced for your hiring request. Candidate profiles highlight relevant experience and skills while personal contact details and original private documents remain protected.
Who is my staffing agreement with?
Your agreement stays with Rukota Global. Businesses contract with and pay Rukota Global for staffing services. Professionals have a separate agreement and fixed monthly pay with Rukota Global.
How does monthly billing work?
Rukota Global agrees a fixed monthly staffing charge with your business and issues your invoices. Each professional agrees their monthly pay directly with Rukota Global. Your workspace contains your own agreement and payment records.
What happens after an introduction?
Review the candidate profile, shortlist your preferred professionals, and request an interview through your workspace. A placement remains subject to recruiter approval.
How do I apply as a professional?
Choose “Find work” to begin an application. Complete your profile, required exams, identity verification, and a Rukota Global interview. Creating an account does not mean acceptance. Rukota Global approves qualified applicants before making staffing assignments.
